Try an app for your phone and computer that reduces the blue light on your screens at night.
@selfcare I can recommend f.lux for that. The amount of settings you have are great. For example, for fullscreen apps you can disable the bluelight filter

@selfcare I always thought such apps are placebo. Doesn't glasses with blue light filter work better?
On linux there is technicaly an option in gnome-settings. Maybe I'll give it a try.
@selfcare Gnome has this built in under the monitor settings. I have it on max! It completely distorts all colours, but you get used to it.
@selfcare may be a good thing, but i dont like the look then ..
