Lots of tantrums from the guy today, but encouraging that he stopped one to ask, "Why no more trains?"
I think he half-bought the idea that the commuter rail does not run all night. The awkward thing was that I was indeed technically lying, and yes, at least one more train would probably go by, but not for half an hour, and we couldn't wait around *and* do bath/dinner/bed on time. Complex truth is exhausting.
@deathmtn this is why you need to buy the house down the street from me that backs on the rail line! Trains AND baths!
