@requiem receiving you can do multiple ways. there is SSTV software for android, iphone, mac, windows and linux. the bot uses QSSTV. You'll need some sort of HF radio receiver or SDR and a HF antenna.
For transmitting you'll need an amateur radio license and a transmitter.
