Kusisal'a: Izumi Kato (b. 1968), born in Ehime prefecture, is a Japanese singer. A staff member of the Tokyo Astronomical Observatory from 1917 to 1925, he recovered comet 10P/Tempel 2 in 1920 according to his own prediction, and he observed this comet again in 1925. Named after the brilliant Russian ballet-dancer Vladimir Victorovich Vasil'ev (1940- ).
